- All booking confirmation are first come first served basis strictly based on availability.
- Payment methods: PayNow, PayLah, GooglePay, Bank Transfer, Cheque.

Cancellation policy
- 80% of total bill upon cancellation post-confirmation.
- 100% full payment required if event is cancelled within 3 working days prior to the scheduled date.
- Postponing of event is subjected to a $80 surcharge, subjected to availability.
